Eligibility*
Only US citizens and non-US citizens travelling outside of their home country excluding the continental US, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the US Virgin Islands, and who are at least 14 days of age are eligible for coverage under Atlas International. Incidental trips to the US are permissible for US citizens only. The plan cannot be sold to citizens or residents of: Cuba, Iran, N. Korea, Sudan or Australia. However, Australian citizens residing outside of Australia are still eligible for this plan providing their destination is not Australia.

Eligibility*
US and non-US citizens who are at least 14 days old and are traveling outside of their Home Country are eligible under Liaison Majestic. Home Country is defined as the country where a covered person has his or her true, fixed and permanent home and principal establishment.

If you are a resident of New York or a foreign national visiting New York, Liaison Majestic is the plan we recommend due to certain state laws and restrictions within that state.
